Booth Info & Fee Structure
Most booths are 10'x10' and include Black pipe and drape (With exception to the back wall that is 8x10 booths) with 8 foot back and 3 foot sides with open front. The sides are optional... Custom exhibits not requiring our pipe and drape are acceptable. Premium corner booths are welcome to exhibit from 2 sides. Chairs, electric and wireless Internet are all free. Each booth will have a fixed number attached to it at eye level prior to load in on set up day.

A 25% Deposit Will Be Required to Officially Book Your Booth. Your Selected Booth Number Will Be Available for Others to Book Until We Have Your Deposit.
Your full payment will be due March 13th, 2019.

Exhibitor Application is Below
** Booth discounts are based off a single 10x10 booth price. For example if you booked three separate 10x10 booths the price would be $1,245.00. If you booked a 10x30 it's $1,145.00 ($100 discount.)
Note: Booth numbers 16, 19 are 10 x 8 sized corner booths due to floor dimension restrictions. These premium booth prices are reduced to $435.00 reflecting the 2 foot difference.
Standard Booth number 17, 20, 21 are also a 10 x 8 and are $395.00
8 feet x 2.5 feet bare (No linen) = $10.00. Tables with black linen that covers table and drops to the floor = $20.00
10x10 sections of carpet to fit in your booth are $56 each. Color choices are Tan and Green

Welcome Home Show Exhibitor! Please fill out the below application. Be sure to view the active floor plan towards the top of this page to see available booth space. It is usually up to date but sometimes there are changes not yet published on the floor plan you are looking at. If there are any issues with your chosen booth(s) we will contact you with alternatives. After you submit this application you will get instructions for making your deposit and we will be emailing you other information along with an invoice.
